*E-mail communication follow-ups are for Veterinarians wishing to schedule time to ask questions regarding a case for which Dr. Bannink has previously provided a Tele-Consult for the same diagnosis being addressed in this follow-up communication. For patients receiving a Tele-Consult over 1 year ago with no follow-up tele-rechecks within the previous 6 months, or presenting with a new cancer diagnosis, a new Tele-Consult must be scheduled. *E-mail communication follow-ups are for questions related to conventional medicine and Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine management of cancer patients. *E-mail communication follow-ups are available only for veterinarians who have an active MettaPets Veterinary Professional Membership subscription.  *E-mail communication follow-ups are via e-mail communication and are billed in blocks of 15 minutes of time, per email inquiry up to three e-mail responses. When time to read and respond to questions exceeds 15 minutes, or exceeds 3 individual e-mail responses from Dr. Bannink, another time block will be billed. *The case and any relevant documents will be reviewed by Dr. Bannink during the e-mail review and billed as part of the 15 minute response time. *No formal follow-up or paperwork will be provided after the email. *Any documents you wish to be reviewed can be shared via emailed. *This follow-up is intended for general advice and educational purposes only.  Without a physical exam, Dr. Bannink does not hold a Valid Patient Client Relationship (VPCR), and cannot diagnose, prognose, or treat specific diseases. Dr. Bannink will not be a treating veterinarian on this pets’ care team. This Tele-consult appointment serves as a question-and-answer session to address questions you have regarding patient management . *Additional follow-up will not be provided until any outstanding charges are paid in full. Payments are non-refundable.
