What Is Integrative Oncology?
From the human literature:
"Integrative oncology is a patient-centered, evidence-informed field of cancer care that utilizes mind and body practices, natural products, and/or lifestyle modifications from different traditions alongside conventional cancer treatments. Integrative oncology aims to optimize health, quality of life, and clinical outcomes across the cancer care continuum and to empower people to prevent cancer and become active participants before, during, and beyond cancer treatment."

What Does Metta Mean?
Metta is a Pali word meaning "Loving Kindness".
Metta is also a meditation practice for developing unconditional love.
The heart behind Metta Pets is in honoring the gift of unconditional love we experience with our pets, the power of the human-animal bond, and the depth of growth and healing that is possible through the Loving Kindness we learn to express more fully through our heart-opening relationship with them.
We have the opportunity to learn so much on this precious journey of life with our pets.
I'd like to support and empower your journey together as you treasure the time you have with them.

What it Means for You and Your Pet
CANCER
Cancer is a scary...terrifying even...word for most people. But there is always hope. And our strongest ally in life during challenging moments is always right inside of us. I strongly believe this.
