*Tele-Consult rechecks are for Veterinarians wishing to schedule time to ask questions regarding a case for which Dr. Bannink has previously provided a Tele-Consult for the same diagnosis being addressed in this recheck appointment. For patients receiving a Tele-Consult over 1 year ago, or presenting with a new cancer diagnosis, a new Tele-Consult must be scheduled. *Tele-Consult rechecks are for questions related to conventional medicine and Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine management of cancer patients. *Tele-Consult rechecks are available only for veterinarians who have an active MettaPets Veterinary Professional Series subscription. *Recheck Appointments are via Zoom or phone call and include up to 30 minutes of time. *The case and any relevant documents will be reviewed by Dr. Bannink during the scheduled appointment time. It is recommended that these be organized and ready to present prior to the scheduled appointment time. *No formal follow-up or paperwork will be provided after the call. *Veterinarians are encouraged to take notes and have questions and all relevant lab work and test results prepared prior to the meeting (biopsy results, recent bloodwork, results of imaging studies such as abdominal ultrasound, thoracic radiographs and CT reports). *Any documents you wish to be reviewed can be shared via screen share during the Zoom meeting and do not need to be emailed ahead of time. *This call is intended for general advice and educational purposes only. Without a physical exam, Dr. Bannink does not hold a Valid Patient Client Relationship (VPCR), and cannot diagnose, prognose, or treat specific diseases. Dr. Bannink will not be a treating veterinarian on this pets’ care team. This Tele-consult appointment serves as a question-and-answer session to address questions you have regarding patient management . *Payment is due in full within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment using the OVRS payment link. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the appointment will be cancelled. *24 business hours is required for cancellations. If less than 24 business hours’ notice is given for a cancellation, 50% of the appointment cost will be kept as a cancellation fee.
