Erin discusses the potential benefits of curcumin in managing canine malignant melanoma and its effectiveness in reducing oral mucositis and radiation-induced skin reactions in human patients. She also reviews a study that demonstrated curcumin's potential as a radiosensitizer, improving the response rate to radiation therapy in cervical cancer patients.
