Our very own Rachael Feigenbaum, VMD has generously agreed to lead this workshop to share a practice with us that has transformed her personal wellness! Join her and one of her main mentors for an energizing and empowering evening just for us at MVWN! This promises to be an awesome evening of community connection, hope and self-empowering ideas! - Erin

Join us for a vitalizing 2 hours to explore the power of integral practice. Learn new ways to experience lasting changes in your life and whole being! A well-researched personal development program that combines body, mind, heart, and spirit, ITP was designed to help people experience balance, optimal health and vitality in their lives. ITP practitioners and ITP groups are spread around the world and are part of a growing global practice community.


●  Overview of roots of ITP and key essentials of the practice

●  Mindful movement, deep relaxation and time for personal reflection

●  Energy training exercises to move with the natural flow of life with greater ease

●  Connections with other MVWN members aspiring to healthy growth and positive change


Rachael Feigenbaum, VMD, has co-led the San Francisco chapter of ITP since 2011. She is an integrative house call veterinarian and is passionate about personal growth, healing and building community.

Pam Kramer, MS, is ITP International president, integral development teacher and Esalen Institute faculty member. An experienced trainer, counselor and coach for organizations over the past 40 years, Pam guides people to experience a rich, vibrant life using the principles and techniques of Integral Transformative Practice.

You will register and attend the webinar on the MettaPets Veterinarian Wellness Network website. If you are not yet a member you will need to request to join the MVWN and complete the joining process prior to the event today. Two steps to join:
