There will be a short introduction starting promptly at 7pm Eastern Time so please log on at least 10-15 minutes early so you don't miss the instructions and introduction to this meditation. Then we will chat briefly, do the guided meditation together, and then chat again at the end for a few minutes to close.

ABOUT THE MAX MEDITATION SYSTEM:

The Max Meditation System is based on a fusion of both ancient and modern meditation techniques. This balanced meditation system combines methods from ancient yogic traditions, modern psychology and neuro-linguistic programming.

Multiple brainwave states have been identified that correlate with different states of consciousness. The Max Meditation system guides you through deep relaxation, breathing and imagery which facilitates an experience of these various brainwave states. This conditions your mind to be able to enter these states associated with relaxation, clarity and wellness more easily.
